Founded in 1982 in the city of Leiria by Aquilino Gameiro Carreira, the then Central Real Estate Agency, Lda. evolved in 1994 into the current ACI – Sociedade de Mediação Imobiliária, Lda.
Since its inception, our mission has been to offer fast, effective, and high-quality real estate solutions, based on deep know-how and a constant commitment to excellence in personalised customer service.

With over 40 years of experience in the real estate market, we have grown and modernised, continuously investing in technical and human resources to ensure a service built on trust, rigour, and professionalism.
ACI is today a company with a solid identity, recognised for its integrity and responsibility in the market.

We were pioneers in several areas of the real estate sector, standing out in the rental market, where we currently manage over 1,000 properties. We offer a comprehensive Rental Management service, enabling property owners to maximise the value of their assets with total convenience and confidence.
